2. Your Child/Children’s Result Slip(s)

a. Full Examination Results, Certificates and Transcripts or Slips, VIA and CCA Records for Academic Year of 2024

MANDATORY SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REQUIRED (PART II)

Your Income Documents

For Salaried Employees:

• Latest Payslip (within 3-months from the date of application) including irregular overtime and/or allowances, or
• Employment Letter with Company’s Letterhead/Stamp (stating Gross Monthly Income, including irregular overtime and/or allowances), or
• CPF Contribution Statement for the past 3 months from the date of application, or
• Notice of Assessment from IRAS (Year of Assessment 2024)
